“Every Body,” the documentary about the lives of three intersex individuals, had its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival a few weeks ago, where it received positive reviews for filmmaker Julie Cohen’s first solo outing as a director. She collaborated with Betsy West on their previous films “My Name is Pauli Murray” (2021), “Julia” (2021), “Gabby Giffords Won’t Back Down” (2022), and the Oscar-nominated “RBG.” Julie was kind enough to spend some time speaking with us about her work on the film, which is now playing in theaters from Focus Features. Please take a moment to listen to the interview and enjoy. Thank you!
