“Black Bear” premiered earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival to positive reviews from critics who praised its performances, and wildly meta storyline. Starring Aubrey Plaza, Christopher Abbott and Sarah Gadon the film releases this weekend. Director and Writer Lawrence Michael Levine was kind enough to take a few moments to talk to us about the origin of the idea for the film, what the vibe was like on set, what some of his favorite moments were working with the actors, how his wife reacted to the screenplay and more! Take a listen and check out the film when you can. Enjoy!
