The 2022 Venice Film Festival Award Winners

The award winners have been announced for the 79th annual Venice Film Festival. Director Laura Poitras’ documentary “All The Beauty And The Bloodshed” won the festival’s top price becoming the first documentary to win the Golden Lion since 2013’s “Sacro GRA,” giving it a huge boost in this year’s race for Best Documentary Feature Film.
