Warner Bros. has released the teaser trailer for “Supergirl” starring Milly Alcock, Matthias Schoenaerts, Eve Ridley, David Krumholtz, Emily Beecham, and Jason Momoa. The film will be released in theaters on June, 26th 2026.
Plot Synopsis: Kara Zor-El celebrates her 21st birthday by traveling across the galaxy with her dog Krypto. Along the way, she meets the young Ruthye Marye Knoll and encounters a tragedy that leads her on a “murderous quest for revenge.”
What do you all think of the trailer? Looks like every other superhero film nowadays in terms of visual style and presentation, which I couldn’t care less about. At least Gillespie seems to be trying to capture the same tone as James Gunn’s “Superman.” I have no doubt, despite any hesitations I have about this, that Milly Alcock will absolutely crush it. She is an awesome talent on the rise and appears to be handling this material as well as you could expect.
