“See How They Run” is one of the more impressive directorial debuts from 2022. Director Tom George and screenwriter Mark Chappell are a match made in heaven as they take the “Whodunnit” genre and flip it on its head with a tribute to the work of Agatha Christie that is a deceptively modern, meta, and vastly entertaining murder mystery in its own right.
