Sony Pictures has released the trailer for Adil & Bilall’s “Bad Boys: Ride Or Die” starring Will Smith, Martin Lawrence, Vanessa Hudgens, Alexander Ludwig, Paola Nuñez, Eric Dane, Ioan Gruffudd, Jacob Scipio, Melanie Liburd, Tasha Smith, Tiffany Haddish & Joe Pantoliano. The film will be released in theaters on June 7th.
Plot Synopsis: This Summer, the world’s favorite Bad Boys are back with their iconic mix of edge-of-your seat action and outrageous comedy but this time with a twist: Miami’s finest are now on the run.
What do you all think of the trailer? Personally, I feel that “Bad Boys For Life” was the best film in the franchise so far, and while some may think that the shtick between Smith and Lawrence has run its course, watching them in this trailer proved just the opposite for me. They still have undeniable comedic chemistry, and even in their 50s, their banter and on-screen presence are just as entertaining as in 1995. I like that this film centers more on Joe Pantoliano’s character, Captain Howard. Pantoliano is an underrated actor whom I always appreciate seeing more of. The action wasn’t exhilarating until I started seeing some wild camera moves following the point of view of the guns towards the end, signifying that Adil & Bilall may have more tricks up their sleeve than people think.
