By Matt Neglia
For our second podcast review this week, Dan Bayer, Sara Clements, Will Mavity & Zoe Rose Bryant joins me to discuss the American remake of the 2018 Danish film “The Guilty,” also titled “The Guilty” starring Jake Gyllenhaal. With a script by “True Detective” writer Nic Pizzolatto and Jake re-teaming with “Southpaw” director Antoine Fuqua, the collaboration gives us a taut thriller, confined to a single location for the entire runtime. How did we feel it compared to the original? What did we think of Jake’s performance? Tune in below to hear our thoughts, enjoy and be sure to check out the film streaming on Netflix this weekend.
