Like the 2019 original film that came before it, the latest Benoit Blanc murder mystery from director/writer Rian Johnson, “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery,” had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, where it tore the roof off the building, providing audiences with another clever, entertaining and bitingly relevant whodunnit. The film had a one-week limited run in theaters over Thanksgiving and is now available to stream on Netflix. Johnson was kind enough to spend some time talking with Will Mavity about his latest film, while I had the pleasure of speaking with the film’s star, Janelle Monáe. Both have been nominated for Critics Choice Awards for their work, and the film is up for your consideration for Best Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Supporting Actress. Please take a listen, and we hope you enjoy watching the film and obsessing over its many twists and turns with your friends and family over the holidays! Thank you.
