The Next Best Picture Podcast – “C’mon C’mon”

By Matt Neglia

For our third podcast review this week, Nicole Ackman, Dan Bayer & Tom O’Brien join me for our review of the latest film from Mike Mills, “C’mon C’mon,” starring Joaquin Phoenix, Woody Norman & Gaby Hoffman. Shot in black-and-white and filmed with a level of warmth and care you rarely find in other movies today, the A24 film has touched the hearts of many who have laid eyes upon it since its premiere at the Telluride Film Festival. What did we think of the screenplay, the performances, the cinematography, score, and its awards season chances? We discuss all of these things and more in our review down below. Enjoy!
