On April 15th (the same day as Oscar voting for the winners began), I asked the NBP Film Community to pretend they were Academy voters and choose the winners of the 93rd Academy Awards. Voting ended the same day as actual Oscar voting ended, which was on April 20th. Best Picture was voted on through the preferential balloting system, while every other category was chosen on a plurality vote. We had 1590 submissions, making this one of our most successful sample sizes yet, so we really appreciate all of you coming in at roughly 18% of the Academy’s voting body. You can check out the NBP Team’s winners, which were announced a few days ago, here.
