“Joker” leads this year’s Academy Awards with 11 nominations. Two of those nominations are for its Costume Design by Mark Bridges (“The Artist” & “Phantom Thread“) and its Makeup & Hairstyling by Nicki Ledermann & Kay Georgiou (“The Irishman” & “Lincoln” respectively). All three of them were kind enough to talk about their work on the film, being nominated for an Oscar, working with an actor like Joaquin Phoenix, delivering a new spin on an already iconic character and more!
