HBO’s new miniseries “White House Plumbers” just premiered last night and stars Woody Harrelson and Justin Theroux as Howard Hunt and Gordon Liddy, who were infamously responsible for the Watergate Scandal, which shook the foundation of politics in Washington and the country as a whole back in the 1970s. Director David Mandel, who directed all six episodes of the miniseries, talked with me about his work on the miniseries, how much he loves this era of history, coming up with the miniseries’ visual aesthetic, working with the actors and more! Be sure to give it a listen and check out the miniseries if you haven’t already, which is now airing new episodes weekly on HBO and is up for your consideration for this year’s Emmy awards. Thank you, and enjoy!
