Tre Peart was only 8 years old when he read the book “The War With Grandpa” and pitched it to his parents Marvin Peart, CEO of Brookdale Studios/Chief Business Officer and Founding Partner of 101 Studios, and Rosa Peart, Co-Founder Marro Media Company. They later financed and produced the comedy film, also titled “The War With Grandpa,” starring Robert De Niro, Uma Thurman and Christopher Walken. The film is out in theaters this weekend and Tre, now 15 years old, is reflecting on being the youngest producer in Hollywood. We spoke with Tre about the process behind getting this movie made and his experience on it which you can listen to down below.
