“Saint Maud” may have had a bumpy theatrical roll out due to the COVID-19 pandemic but the reviews have been heavenly for debut filmmaker Rose Glass and the film’s lead actress, Morfydd Clark. Clark is currently up for a BAFTA Rising Star Award and it’s easy to see why after watching her haunting performance in this disturbing film. She was kind enough to spend some time talking with us about working with Rose, her experience making the film, the film’s religious themes, what it was like to get inside the head of such a troubled character and more. Take a listen down below and be sure to vote for her for the BAFTA Rising Star Award here.
