“Herself” premiered earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival to critical acclaim for Clare Dunn’s lead performance and her screenplay. However, there have been other notable elements which have flown under the radar since its premiere, including the direction by Phyllida Lloyd and the performances from the rest of the ensemble. One of those actors is Tony and Emmy nominated Harriet Walter. The British actress was kind enough to sit down with us to talk about her experience making the film, what she feels it means for survivors of domestic violence and more. “Herself” is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Enjoy!
