“Babygirl” had its world premiere at the 2024 Venice International Film Festival, where it received positive reviews for its smart writing and slick direction from Halina Reijn and Nicole Kidman’s bold performance as a high-powered CEO who puts her career and family on the line when she begins a torrid affair with a much younger intern, which won her the Volpi Cup for Best Actress.
