For this week’s main podcast review, I am joined by Sara Clements, Josh Parham & Tom O’Brien. Together we’re reviewing the newest film in the MCU, “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” starring Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Dominique Thorne, Florence Kasumba, Michaela Coel, Tenoch Huerta, Martin Freeman & Angela Bassett. Directed by Ryan Coogler, the film has the challenging task of following up on one of the MCU’s most successful and beloved films of all time in the aftermath of Chadwick Boseman’s tragic passing. How does it compare to the first film? What did we think of the writing, crafts, performances, and introduction of the character Namor and the underwater kingdom of Telokan? In our review below, we discuss all of these points, plus the film’s Oscar potential, with a spoiler section for those worried about any major plot points being revealed. Thank you for listening, and enjoy!
