The Tribeca Festival, presented by OKX, today announced its 2026 lineup of Talks, Reunions, and Retrospectives, a series of one-night-only events spanning film, music, and culture. Tribeca’s 25th anniversary edition runs June 3rd–14th in New York City. Single tickets are on sale now at TribecaFilm.com.
“Tribeca was founded on the belief that storytelling brings people together and moves culture and our society forward. For 25 years, those ideas have shaped everything we do,” said Tribeca Festival Co-Founder and Co-Chair Jane Rosenthal. “This milestone Festival honors the artists who have defined our cultural landscape, including Bruce Springsteen’s enduring legacy, while revisiting films that continue to resonate across generations, like “Taxi Driver.” At the same time, we are proudly championing new voices and creating space for the next generation of storytellers. This balance between legacy and discovery is what keeps Tribeca vital, relevant, and looking ahead.”
Bruce Springsteen will receive the 2026 Harry Belafonte Voices for Social Justice Award, an honor established by the late Paula Weinstein—Tribeca’s former Chief Content Officer, acclaimed producer, and lifelong activist. Named for Harry Belafonte, the legendary singer, actor, and civil rights leader who fused artistry with activism, the award recognizes artists who don’t just speak out, but actively use their platform to advance equality, dignity, and human rights. “There are few figures who embody the spirit of Tribeca’s Harry Belafonte Award more fully than Bruce Springsteen,” said Rosenthal.
The evening will bring together an extraordinary circle of artists and activists highlighted by a conversation between Springsteen and his longtime friend and fellow activist Bono. Robert De Niro and Patti Smith will also join to pay tribute to a legacy defined not just by artistry, but by action.
The Festival also announced today additional world premieres as part of the feature film lineup, including “Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live in Paris,” followed by a conversation with Katy Perry, and Tony Kaye’s “Humpty Dumpty X,” chronicling the director’s creative journey in the wake of directing “American History X” in 1998.
Fan-favorite retrospectives and reunions spotlight iconic films across genres and generations, with special screenings and conversations. “Taxi Driver” marks its 50th anniversary with a screening and conversation featuring Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese. “Bridget Jones’s Diary” celebrates its 25th anniversary followed by a conversation with director Sharon Maguire and Renée Zellweger. A newly restored 4K presentation of Daft Punk’s “Electroma” marks the film’s 20th anniversary, followed by a conversation with Daft Punk member Thomas Bangalter.
The neo-noir debut “Bound” returns for its 30th anniversary screening, in association with Anarchists United, followed by a conversation featuring director Lilly Wachowski and stars Gina Gershon and Joe Pantoliano. The documentary “Small Town Gay Bar,” executive produced by Kevin Smith and directed by Malcolm Ingram, marks its 20th anniversary with a special screening celebrating its enduring portrait of community and self-expression in two Mississippi gay bars.

Tribeca’s beloved Storytellers Series returns with a can’t miss lineup of live conversations. Sean Penn sits down with Kaitlan Collins, CNN Chief White House Correspondent and anchor of “The Source,” for a timely discussion on activism and global impact. Este Haim, best known as the bassist and vocalist of the groundbreaking rock trio HAIM and as a composer, shares insights from her work spanning performance and composing for film.
Tribeca Festival partner City National Bank presents the following Storytellers Series moments: Paul Rudd reflects on his wide-ranging career; NBA Hall of Famer and entrepreneur Dwyane Wade on his influence across sports, business, and culture; singer, songwriter, and producer Finneas brings his perspective as one of today’s most sought-after collaborators in a conversation with BAFTA-nominated composer Anthony Willis, who is quickly emerging as one of the most in-demand new voices in Hollywood. Keke Palmer rounds out the Storytellers Series in conversation with Whoopi Goldberg, remarking on her dynamic career across screen, music, and media.

The film centers on Violet (Jennifer Tilly), a gun moll who longs to escape her relationship with her mobster boyfriend Caesar (Joe Pantoliano), as she enters into a clandestine affair with ex-con Corky (Gina Gershon). Este Haim
Este Haim is a musician, composer, and vocalist best known as a member of the Grammy Award–nominated rock trio HAIM, which she formed with her sisters Alana and Danielle. This year, the band’s acclaimed album I quit was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rock Album, making HAIM the first all-female band recognized in the category. Haim are also the only all-female rock band to be nominated for a Grammy Award for Album of the Year (Women in Music, Part III, 2021). In addition to her work as a performer, Haim has composed the score for Netflix’s Maid and Do Revenge, served as a music consultant on HBO’s The White Lotus, and co-scored the films Cha Cha Real Smooth, Suncoast and Anyone But You.

Dwyane Wade
