“Wolf” is the feature directorial debut of Nathalie Biancheri, and with her first film, she wanted to explore a topic which hasn’t been shown much in cinema or even widely discussed in the world quite frankly, and that is pieces dysphoria, which is the experience believing one’s body is that of the wrong species. The film is currently playing in theaters from Focus Features and contains another impressive and physically transformative performance from “1917” star George MacKay. Both Natalie and George were kind enough to spend time talking about their work on the film with me, which you can listen to down below. Enjoy!
