“The Boys In The Boat” is a biographical sports drama directed by George Clooney, based on the 2013 book of the same name by Daniel James Brown. It tells the story of the University of Washington’s rowing crew representing the United States in the men’s eight at the 1936 Summer Olympic Games in Berlin against the Nazis. Actors Callum Turner & Joel Edgerton were kind enough to speak with Will Mavity about their work on the film, while screenwriter Mark L. Smith spoke with Daniel Howat. Please take a listen to the interviews below and be sure to check out the film, which is now playing in theaters from Amazon MGM Studios. Thank you, and enjoy!
