One of the most meticulously constructed films of 2021 is Pablo Larraín’s unconventional Princess Diana biopic, “Spencer.” Since its worldwide premiere at the Venice International Film Festival, the movie has challenged audiences with its storytelling, but the crafts on display have consistently impressed. Pablo was kind enough to take some time and talk with me about his work on the film along with his cinematographer Claire Mathon, production designer Guy Hendrix Dyas, and film editor Sebastián Sepúlveda. It’s a wonderful series of conversations taking us deeper into the making of one of 2021’s best films. Please take a listen down below and enjoy!
