Today, TIFF is sharing its full programming lineup and schedule for the upcoming Festival on tiff.net/films, and announcing 20 additional titles in Official Selection. In total, there are 278 films on the slate for this year’s Festival. The 49th edition of the Toronto International Film Festival, presented by Rogers, will take place September 5th–15th, 2024.

Among the newly announced Special Presentations titles is Pedro Almodóvar’s “The Room Next Door.” Audiences can also look forward to a Marquee celebration of Almodóvar’s artistic vision and career impact when TIFF presents a major retrospective of the Spanish auteur’s work at TIFF Lightbox this November.
In addition to the Official Selection titles, TIFF presents the 30th anniversary screening of Mina Shum’s “Double Happiness” and 10th anniversary screening of Damien Chazelle’s “Whiplash.”
Tickets for TIFF ’24 go on sale to TIFF Members by level beginning Friday, August 16th. For more details, visit tiff.net/join.
