“Boy Kills World” had its world premiere at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival, where it received positive reactions for its bonkers creativity, wild action, and bloody violence. Filmmaker Moritz Mohr was kind enough to spend some time talking with us about his directorial debut, which had a proof of concept so wild and imaginative it managed to bring Sam Raimi on board as a producer, and Bill Skarsgård, Jessica Rothe, Michelle Dockery, Famke Janssen, Sharlto Copley, Brett Gelman, Isaiah Mustafa, and Andrew Koji to star.
